Meet Bianca.
Bianca brings a wealth of experience in movement, performance and education to Sculpt. With a background in dance and acting, she began her career teaching and training in Europe, learning with some of the best in the industry, including BASI Pilates Europe.
She has since brought that experience back to Australia, where she has spent the past years building her career as a movement educator, teacher and mentor. Along the way, she has taught extensively and led teacher trainings, developing a deep understanding of both movement and the art of teaching it.

Sculpt is a natural extension of that experience, a studio created from Bianca’s belief that movement should feel intelligent, empowering and genuinely good to come back to.
Rose Bay felt like the right place to begin.

I’ve never done reformer Pilates. Is Sculpt for me?
Absolutely. Every class has options, so first-timers and regulars work side by side. Start with Sculpt Signature, and let your instructor know it’s your first time.
What’s the difference between Signature and Strong?
Signature is our full-body flow for all levels, built on classical Pilates principles of breath, alignment and control, with options throughout so every body is challenged. Strong brings strength training principles to the reformer: heavier springs and weights for progressive load, longer holds and slower tempos for time under tension, and fewer transitions so you’re working the whole time. It’s best once you know your way around the reformer.
How long are classes, and how big?
50 minutes, with a maximum of 12 people, so your instructor knows your name.
What’s the best way to start?
The Trial Pass: two weeks of unlimited classes for $75, so you can try everything, the different class styles, and all the wonderful instructors.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable, fitted activewear and a water bottle. We recommend grip socks for extra stability on the reformer, but it’s your choice: bare feet are welcome too.
I’m pregnant or have an injury. Can I still come?
Yes. Please check with your doctor or physio first, then let your instructor know before class so they can offer modifications that suit you. We recommend Sculpt Signature, which has options throughout and is easier to adapt.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before class so you can settle in and set up. Doors close 5 minutes after class starts, so we can’t let anyone in after that.
Is there parking?
Yes. There’s street parking along New South Head Road and the surrounding streets. Nearby council car parks include Wilberforce Avenue (two hours free) and Ian Street (entry via Dover Road).
Where are you?
793 New South Head Road, Rose Bay. Look for the entrance next to the florist, then follow the fairy lights down to the end, and you’ll find us. Questions: hello@sculptrosebay.com.au
What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 8 hours before class. Cancellations within 8 hours incur a $15 late-cancel fee, and missing a class without cancelling incurs a $20 no-show fee. This keeps spots fair for everyone on the waitlist.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Memberships have an eight-week minimum, after which you can cancel at any time with 7 days’ notice.
