What We Collect

Name and contact details (address, email, phone number). Date of birth Payment details (processed securely by our payment provider; not stored by Sculpt). Booking and purchase history. Health information you choose to share that is relevant to safe participation in classes (e.g. injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions).

Why We Collect It

We use your information to: Manage bookings, payments, and membership administration. Communicate class updates, schedule changes, and promotions. Ensure classes are run safely, taking into account any health information you disclose. Comply with our legal and insurance obligations. Sharing Your Information. We may share it with: Our staff and instructors, where relevant to your safe participation. Our booking and payment platform (Momence) and payment processors. Health Information.

Because we collect health-related information for safety purposes, we handle this information with additional care, only using it to support your safe participation in classes and only sharing it with instructors on a need-to-know basis.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.
